Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање (НЕЛ) има потреба од 3 учесници од Македонија за обука на тема „Activate and empower!“, која ќе се одржи во едукативниот центар Шупља стена близу Белград од 3-ти до 9-ти март 2014, во рамките на програмата „Млади во Акција“ (Youth in Action) на Европската Комисија.
Сместувањето и храната се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите, како и 70% од патните трошоци. Учесниците мора да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

Centuries of discrimination and exclusion have brought this problem to them all. Even in the tradition minorities were marked as uninvited outsiders and have been excluded from development, and forced to live on the margins of societies. Even in some European Union member countries, almost half of Roma population lives without any access to electricity or sanitation and piped water and others including Roma are not even recognized as national minority. In the same time in the ex-communist countries in the Balkans, some if not all minorities were forced on assimilation.
The training tackles the topic of combating discrimination towards Roma minorities, which main objectives are to train and give to the young people, youth leaders and youth workers knowledge, skills, behavior and values linked to intercultural youth projects management, fostering the inclusion of minorities and the social cohesion in Europe. The non formal education methods used, sharing ideas and experiences lived in the social realities of the youngsters, inputs of experts and good practices, as well as recommendations, for the development of new multilateral qualitative and sustainable projects.
This training will occur in Belgrade, Serbia from 03/03 until 09/03/2014 hosted by NGO Calamus. Participants will come from: Hungary, Romania, Turkey, Bugaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Italy.
