Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање – НЕЛ од Скопје, објавува отворен повик за 3 учесника од Македонија за обука на тема “Gender in Youth Work: Perspectives, Challenges and Opportunities“.

Обуката ќе се одржи во Штип, Македонија од 1-ви до 8-ми април 2016, во рамките на програмата Еразмус+ на Европската Комисија.

Сместувањето и храната се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите. Услов за учество е пријавените да имаат над 18 години и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

Project description:

Project’s aim is to raise awareness of youth workers on gender equality aspects through the development of social partnership between organizations from civil society and influence youth association to take action. It seeks to provide information, perspectives and resources for deepening and focusing the emphasis of youth and educational activities which address issues related to gender and their impact in youth work. As well it supports the creation of a stronger network of cooperation among the consortium and provides them with the possibility to increase their capacities and competencies in working with gender related issues, adopt gender strategies into their working agendas and act on local/national level on issues of abuse of gender issues, as human right issues.
The project will involve participants from Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Albania, Italy and Czech republic.

Who can participate?

  • Age: 18-35 years old;
  • Actively involved in youth work;
  • Be highly motivated to actively participate in the whole training course and to contribute to the development of future projects;
  • To be able to share their experience with the other participants;
  • To be able to share information about their organization;
  • To be able to communicate on English


This training course is based on the principles of non-formal education and plenty of methods such as simulation exercises, role play, small working groups, debate, video, buzz group and theater will be used.
