Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање – НЕЛ од Скопје, објавува повик за 3 учесника од Македонија за обука на тема “EDUCATION FOR INTEGRATION”.
Обуката ќе се одржи од 30.10-07.11 2023 година во Клафер, Австрија во рамките на програмата Еразмус+ на Европската Комисија.
Сместувањето и храната се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите, како и патните трошоци до 275 евра. Услов за учество е пријавените да имаат над 18 години и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

Aim of the project:
The aim of the project is development of youth workers’ competencies working with NEET and also the quality of work of the youth workers, contributing to the European inclusion & diversity strategy.
Objectives of the project:
- Develop participants’ understanding of NEETs and the challenges they face in terms of social exclusion, unemployment and limited educational opportunities.
- Enhance the knowledge of participants about the concept of non-formal education and its potential in promoting inclusion and empowerment among NEETs.
- Explore innovative and effective non-formal methods, tools and approaches for engaging NEETs and fostering their personal and professional development.
- Develop participants’ skills in designing and implementing inclusive non-formal educational activities tailored to the specific needs and interests of NEETs.
