Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирањe – НЕЛ Скопје, објавува повик за 4 учесника на возраст од 18-29 години и 1 младински лидер, без ограничување на возраста, од Северна Македонија за онлајн младинска размена на тема “Youth Workers International Networks”.
Размената ќе се одржи од 14-ти до 18-ти март 2022 година во рамките на програмата Еразмус+ на Европската Комисија.
Услов за учество е пријавените да имаат над 18 години, да се мотивирани и подготвени да учествуваат во сите активности на проектот и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

Project summary
The idea of the project is to create a path of non-formal education among young people about youth work. This project aims to improve their skills and experiences as youth workers, to reinforce international values like peace, coexistence between people, tolerance, sustainable development it is important to create awareness of those values across borders and populations, giving young people the occasion to grow up without looking at walls and edges as limits and giving them the awareness that it is possible acting on society for positive development.
About the youth exchange:
- The main goal of this second event will be to give participants the
occasion to be not only more skilled but also more self-confident
and conscious of their level of education.- The youth exchange will focus on improving “soft skills” of
participants, through exchange of practices and experiences, for
increasing their self-confidence and capacity of leadership, that will
be fundamental in their future activities as youth workers.
