Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање – НЕЛ – Скопје, објавува отворен повик за 6 учесника од Северна Македонија за младинска размена на тема “Challenging traditional leadership –empowering women”.

Младинската размена ќе се одржи во Солун, Грција од 14-ти до 20-ти август 2021 година во рамките на програмата Еразмус+ на Европската Комисија.

Сместувањето и храната се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите, како и патните трошоци до 180 евра.

Услов за учество е пријавените да имаат над 18 години, да се мотивирани и подготвени да учествуваат во сите активности на проектот и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот. За учество на овој проект задолжителен е PCR тест не постар од 72 часа или потврда за примена вакцина.

About the project

This project is composed of activities aimed at raising the capacity building of partners and other stakeholders and mobilities that allow young people and youth workers to learn in an intercultural learning environment. This project focuses on putting the participants in a safe environment where they are given space, time, means, and support to self-reflection, self-empowerment, and improvement. Our project goes out of the feminism rhetoric and seeks to approach gender as an equity issue and look closely to the “power overpower to-power with” approaches that go in line very well to traditional leadership and gender discrimination in today’s society.


  • Train youth workers/leaders and young people on how to promote gender equity, fight gender stereotypes and promote transformative leadership education for empowered societies.
  • Challenging and changing existing structures, institutions, practices, customs, norms, values, attitudes, and beliefs where these are barriers to the achievement of women’s rights and the rights of all people, regardless of gender or sexual identity.
  • Support and improve skills of youth workers by giving them practical and professional skills in leadership styles and values.
  • Increase the awareness about the importance of gendered leadership.
  • Analyse existing cases and design a structured strategy on how to approach and transform practices through youth work, gender mainstreaming and gender culture
  • Foster the participation of youth workers in taking role of advocates and ensure ethical conduct in the leadership world.
  • Promote the Erasmus + as a strong tool for promoting transformative leadership and gender equity.
  • Create an effective practice that can be used by all the partner promoters and the wider networks.


Participants will be accommodated in 4-6-8 bedrooms in a modern hostel in the
heart Thessaloniki.

In order to enter to Greece , you have to :
1.Complete the the electronic Passenger Locator Form document at least 24
hours before traveling
2 . Meet ONE of the following criteria:

  • display a negative PCR up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival or a negative forty-eight-(48) hour diagnostic Rapid Antigen Test for COVID19 prior to scheduled arrival of the flight
  • hold a certificate of vaccination
  • have a proof of recovery from COVID – 19
  • hold the EU digital COVID certificate
