ABOUT THE TOP-TRAINING

The TOP-training is a training designed and offered to persons who would like to know on how to organise a project within the Erasmus+ framework. From our experience and observation we see and hear that there are many persons and organisations interested in creating a project, but they do not know exactly where to start and how to do it.

By gathering members of the participating organisations we believe and aim to create a dynamic and playful training on creating a project (like an exchange or training) in an international context.

The aims and objectives of the training are:

  • To learn how the Erasmus+ programme works, focussing on enhancing the youngsters you work with in active participation in European projects
  • To develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes in working with Erasmus+
  • To gain knowledge how to create a didactic, non-formal programme for a project.
  • To learn how to work with the financial side of projects
  • To learn how to disseminate and exploit results.
  • To learn how to create quality in a project.
  • To create partnerships with other European organisations.
  • To gain skills needed to apply for a grant at Erasmus+
  • By means of creative self-expression, providing you with new skills, which will benefit you and your environment in the future
  • To highlight the intercultural dialogue as an opportunity to contribute to a diverse and dynamic society in Europe

WORKING METHOD

The focus for this project is learning by experience. The whole system of our work is based on non-formal education. We want to involve it practically in all processes and empower you to learn your from own experience and create your own individual knowledge and development regarding project management. We call it “learning by doing”. This is the method, based on experiential learning. In this approach learning becomes a specific and individual process, because it depends from you and your behaviour, reactions and emotions, attitude and the way of thinking.

The concept of the training includes the main parts of experiential learning. The main methods of working will be games and activities, in which you will experience the models of the real life. The assignments and activities combine learning and playing. Playing allows the, to access a state of freedom, creativity and exploration that is associated with the natural learning of childhood. We will make use of different tools in the activities, like theatre, role-play activities, simulation games, learning from each other, etc.

FOR WHO IS IT?

The project is for members of the participating organisations. When you are willing to learn on how to create a project within the Erasmus+ framework and you want to learn on how to implement a project in your organisation, this training is the key for you on learning how to do it. The training is for everyone between 18 and ∞ years old.

We ask you to be eager to learn, motivated to create a project in the nearby future and committed to be active in all stages of the project (preparation, the actual training and evaluation/follow-up).
