Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање – НЕЛ од Скопје, објавува отворен повик за 2 учесника од Македонија за обука на тема “Citizens’ Activators“.
Обуката ќе се одржи во Скопје, Македонија од 31-ви март до 3-ти април 2016, во рамките на програмата Европа за Граѓаните на Европската Комисија.
Материјалите и храната се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите. Услов за учество е пријавените да имаат над 18 години, да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот, да се заинтересирани да со споделат стекнатото знаење добиено за време на обуката, да присуствува за време на целата обука (1-ви април 09:00 до 3-ти април 18:30).

Project description:
The project will gather 28 participants, trainers and staff from 14 organizations and 12 countries (Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Spain, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Latvia, Serbia, Montenegro, FYROM).
The training course is based on the approach and principles of non-formal education and will use a lot of insights from real case studies, examples and relevant EU actions. The course is designed as an open learning process based on participants’ experience and exchange. A combination of different creative, participatory and interactive methods will be used and designed upon the profile of participants.
To train reliable, credible and capable activators who are able to set-up citizens panels.
Activators = “leading citizens” selected by partners among civil society and local authorities representatives who are already active at the local level, from different walks of life, paying attention to involve leading citizens of different demographic, social and professional background.
Aim: providing participants the opportunity to develop their knowledge, skills and competencies concerning:
- Knowledge of the concept of “active citizenship” and “active European citizenship”
- Knowledge of different tools in the field of active citizenship
- Understanding of the concept of non-formal education
- Intercultural competences
- Skills to motivate others
- Skills to gather, select and give information
- Skills to present the specific relevant information, ideas and opinions to others, including to the local, regional and European decision makers
- Skills to discover, analyses and adequately address needs
- Skills to draft of recommendations and position papers to be addressed to decision makers at all levels
- Give tools to manage the international campaign at local level (when back home) and define the role of the citizen’s activator for that purpose.
