ПОВИК ЗА УЧЕСНИЦИ НА СЕМИНАР ВО АЛБАНИЈА

Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање – НЕЛ од Скопје, објавува отворен повик за 3 учесника од Македонија за семинар на тема „Gender Out of the Box“.

Семинарот ќе се одржи во Драч, Албанија од 19-ти до 26-ти март 2019 година во рамките на програмата Еразмус+ на Европската Комисија.

Сместувањето и храната се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите, како и патните трошоци до 180 евра.

Услов за учество е пријавените да имаат од 18 до 30 години, да се мотивирани и подготвени да учествуваат во сите активности на проектот и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Gender in a BOX is a transnational project, involving 9 partner countries, with a set of well composed skills and experience among the consortium which proposes to work “differently” on gender issues, starting from educating young boys and men, in order to achieve gender equality and equity. The project is composed of 5 main actions in capacity building in local level and mobility activities. The main aim of the project is raise the capacities of youth organizations on promoting gender equality through working with young boys and men, while targeting them as the main actors not only as the cause of the problem. As well it seeks to equip participants with concrete tools and methods they can use in local level to include more boys and men in gender equality through youth work.

The methodology used to conduct the whole project implementation will be based on non-formal education and learning by doing approach. The non-formal environment will create safe space where participants will not only learn about the topic covered but also acquire other soft skills such as teamwork, public speaking skills, negotiation; non-violent communication, inter cultural communications which are an essential competence in today’s European youth work. The working methodology shall include communication based methods (interaction, dialogue, open discussions), activity based methods (sharing experience, practice and experimentation), socially focused methods (partnerships, teamwork, networking) and self-directing methods (creativity, discovery, responsibility, action). Interactive methods and exercises will be used to make the participants the actors and reactors of this learning opportunity.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE:

  •  Participants older than 18 years old
  • Participants that can speak English
  • Participants that are motivated and will fully participate during the activity
  • Participants that have experience on the Project Topic (have participated in previous Gender topic projects, youth workers that work in the gender field)

What each National Team should prepare before the activity:

  • Prepare a short presentation about their Ngo
  • Prepare presentation about Country Realities based on Gender Equality
  • Prepare a presentation about their Country and bring traditional food for the Intercultural Evening.

VENUE and ACCOMODATION
The Second Activity will be hosted at the ALBANIAN STAR HOTEL, in Golem-Durres Albania. The hotel is situated 39 KM from Tirana International Airport, on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, just in front of the seaside.
