ПОВИК НА УЧЕСНИЦИ НА ОБУКА ВО СРБИЈА

Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање – НЕЛ од Скопје, објавува отворен повик за 3 учесника од Македонија за обука на тема “Swapping Cultures – Erasing Borders“.

Обуката ќе се одржи во Шабац, Србија од 2-ри до 5-ти септември 2018, во рамките на истоимениот проект финансиран од Regional Youth Cooperation Office.

Сместувањето и храната се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите, како и патните трошоци до 70 евра. Услов за учество е пријавените да се на возраст од 18-25 години, да се мотивирани и подготвени да учествуваат во сите активности на обуката и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на обуката.

АПЛИКАЦИОНЕН ФОРМУЛАР

Project description:

The TC is part of the Project Swapping Cultures – Erasing Borders which aims to increase the intercultural competencies of young people and youth workers in 4 Western Balkan countries, through innovative educational tools in the field of intercultural learning, culture diversity and peaceful cohabitation.

The main aim of the action is to bring together youth worker to improve the competencies of youth workers in intercultural dialogue using theatre of the oppressed and swapping culture tools while working on social inclusion and multicultural environment. Svetlost organization will be in charge of organization and management of the activity.

Partner organization will send 3 participants each – all together 12 youth workers as participants, 2 trainers/facilitators from Albania.

The methodology of the project is based on an intercultural approach using Non Formal Education
Theater of the Oppressed and Swapping Culture methods will be the main tools to increase the competencies of participants in intercultural dialogue.

Through the use of these two innovative tools, with the approach of non-formal education and the support of experienced youth workers the project will help the leaders to be trained and to empower themselves and other young people to overcome social exclusion, oppression, discrimination or isolation. This will help young people to understand better culture diversity, the importance of the tolerance, and will help to reflect on social phenomena such as racism, xenophobia, prejudice and how they can work on equality and acceptance. But most important will make them aware and empower their capacity to think about new strategy to combat these phenomena, to influence social changes.

Training of leaders will target activists, active youngsters, youth workers 18-25 years old motivated to improve their competencies in intercultural dialogue topic and able to multiply the knowledge in local and regional level with other youngsters. Participants of the training will lead workshops in the local level, help for the local campaigns and participate in the Youth Exchange which will be implemented in Durres, Albania in October 2018.
