Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање – НЕЛ од Скопје, објавува отворен повик за 3 учесника од Македонија за семинар на тема “EU Facing Migrations“ – Seminar for developing toolkit for empowerment of outreach workers.
Сместувањето и храната се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите, како и патните трошоци до 100 евра. Услов за учество е пријавените да имаат над 18 години и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

The seminar will recall previous gained knowledge and used to share the results of the focus groups, country situation regarding migration in their country, and present innovative workshops they have created within their organisation in order to empower other youth outreach workers. The organisations will get one session each to present it and at the end of the day, all participants will get the opportunity to give feedback on the session. Based on that it will be included in the toolkit that will be online in order to be reachable and easier to disseminate.
The follow ups will lead the participants to use the gained techniques back in their countries working with beneficiaries, conduct focus groups and prepare ideas, material and tools for transferring the knowledge to their peers.
The seminar will be a good opportunity to exchange the information regarding the migration situation and support in their country, and prepare and present an innovative workshop they have created within their organisation in order to empower other youth outreach workers. Based on the feedback of the participants, the partner organisations will be involved in the development of the tool kit during the seminar and its dissemination.
”EU facing migrations” is meant for youth workers, who want to contribute to a more tolerant and open society while fighting prejudices and xenophobia by using techniques of outreach work and jointly developing tools. With this project youth workers will learn about the migration and its types, influences on the countries, communities, and people in need of migrating. Youth workers will have the opportunity to enrich their knowledge on this issue and strengthen their personal capacities, in order to better understand and respond to the needs people with fewer opportunities, as well to encourage and mobilize a bigger group to lobby for social inclusion of these people, in order to fight marginalization.
Venue and accommodation
Hotel Elegance is a three star hotel located 6 km from city center and Belgrade main bus and train station. Participants will be accommodated in same sex 3 or 4 bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with towels, hair dryer, heating and air condition.
